Meet the Speakers

Dr Prav Solanki is a dental practice strategist and entrepreneur dedicated to transforming dental businesses. A graduate of the University of Oxford, where he studied Medicine and a DPhil in Pharmacology, he blends scientific rigour with real-world business acumen.
With over 16 years of industry experience, Prav has worked with more than 500 independent clinics and several corporate dental groups to enhance marketing strategies, patient communication, and overall business growth.
He has also worked with and lectured for renowned dental corporates, including Dentsply, Nobel Biocare, Bupa Dental Care, MyDentist, Straumann, ClearCorrect, and Neodent. A sought-after international speaker, he educates audiences on patient communication, business growth, and sales strategies and serves as a director of IAS Academy.
As the owner of multiple dental practices, he has consistently built, scaled, and successfully exited his own practices and other ventures—most recently his innovative marketing and growth consultancy, The Fresh, and his advanced dental CRM, Leadflo®, both acquired by Agilio.

Dr Dev Patel is a serial entrepreneur and multi-award-winning dentist, widely recognized as one of the UK’s most influential dental leaders— in the Top 50 Most Influential UK Dentists in 2018 and honoured with the Best Young Dentist award in 2016.
As the Founder and CEO of Dental Beauty Partners (DBP), he leads one of the UK’s fastest-growing dental groups, comprising over 50 practices and generating more than £100M in revenue. Launched in 2019 as the UK’s first joint venture model in dentistry, DBP empowers young dentists to achieve practice ownership in partnership with the group. Under his leadership, DBP has achieved an impressive 73% compound annual growth rate and earned multiple industry accolades, including Best Dental Group 2023, by combining the advantages of scale with a strong focus on local leadership to enhance patient care.
Dev is also the Founder and former President of Brushlink, an innovative smart toothbrush and app, which he successfully exited in 2020 following its acquisition by a US venture capital firm.

Nationally renowned cosmetic and implant dentist Dr Kailesh Solanki brings almost 20 years of experience, multiple awards, and over 10,000 smile transformations. His approach focuses on delivering an exceptional patient experience in a gentle, informal way underpinned by the latest technology. As one of the UK’s first Dental Phobia certified practitioners, he established a renowned nervous patient programme at Kiss. Today, Dr Kailesh Solanki trains the next generation of Kissdental dentists, teaches smile makeovers and implant dentistry, and continues to transform lives through innovative dental care.

Kunal Patel is the principal dentist at Dental Beauty Croydon and Battersea and a specialist in endodontology (root canal treatment). Graduating with Honours from Bart’s and The London—with distinctions and multiple awards (including a runner-up position for the University of London Gold Medal)—he has held roles such as restorative Senior House Officer at the Eastman Dental Hospital and later completed a Master’s in Endodontology (with distinction). His extensive experience includes serving as Deputy Programme Director for the Endodontic Practice PG Diploma, clinical supervisor for specialist trainees, and Board Examiner for the University. Kunal’s leadership and lecturing engagements have transformed practices across Croydon and Battersea.

Louise Hatton is an accomplished operations leader with over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, specialising in operational efficiency and growth.
Louise has a deep understanding of a dental practice’s day-to-day operations. Her hands-on experience has given her valuable insight into clinical operations, team management, compliance, and patient care, allowing her to develop and implement effective strategies that enhance operational performance and business growth.
She spent several years as Operations Director at Ascent Dental Care, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the business and driving significant revenue and EBITDA growth. During her tenure, she led the development of streamlined operational processes, ensuring efficiency while maintaining high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
Currently, Louise serves as Head of Operations Strategy and Systems for Dental Beauty Partners Group, overseeing group-wide initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, optimise systems, and drive sustainable growth.
